2. Who Publishes Them
This website is operated by Khufu Management Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary company trading as BlackSnow Intelligence. BlackSnow Intelligence is a trading name and not a separately registered company.

3. Why This Page Exists At All
We publish readings of whether an organisation's own claims can be found, fetched and read by a machine at a conventional address. A business that does that and leaves its own documents scattered, or behind a form, or reachable only through a script a reader has to run, has not earned the reading.
So every document above sits at a plain address, is linked from here in ordinary markup, and is served as text rather than assembled in a browser. Anyone is free to run our own calculator against this site and check that.
4. How These Documents Change
Each document carries a version number and a publication date at the top. When one changes, the new version replaces it at the same address with a new number and date, and the change is described inside the document rather than announced only here.
Two changes are always treated as material and are stated as such: adding or removing a sub-processor, which carries 30 days notice under section 6 of the Sub-Processors page, and changing a model provider, under section 11 of the AI Policy.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer and are not required to appoint one; these matters are handled by the founder, who is accountable for them.
